Basic and Advanced
Students in both the basic and advanced classes will start to notice a chance in mentality and health as they learn to balance both body and mind.
Taekwondo as a whole also helps students to balance emotions and helps to lower anxiety levels through breathing techniques and workout routines.
Members will also learn to protect themselves from injury when falling with safety techniques, as well as from attackers outside of the DoJang. All classes will help develop flexibility, promote weight lost, and help with muscle development.
